About the Founder

As an avid weightlifter, jiu jitsu player and runner, our CEO, Ryan was always eating protein bars to help him hit his nutritional goals. While they helped, there was a two-fold problem. First, the bars always had a chalky or bitter aftertaste. More problematic, he wasn’t comfortable giving them to his kids who were always trying to eat like dad. Many bars have low grade fibres and sugar alcohols in them that just aren’t suitable for kids. As a certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition coach, Ryan was not confident giving these products to his children. PWR4ALL and its combination of natural oats, peanut or almond butter, whey protein, coconut oil, flax, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of pink salt, topped with a light drizzle of real dark chocolate. Like his kids say, protein bars don't have to just be for bodybuilders!

Absolutely delicious protein bars. They are great for snacks or anytime to take the edge off your hunger and boost your energy. The best part is the flavor, you don't feel like you're eating "health food" because they are so good but in reality they are totally clean. The ingredients are fresh and the bar does not taste like an artificial mass produced product. Highly recommended and very worth the money.

These are amazing bars - I've ordered twice already and the quality and flavor is just so amazing. I typically order in large batches, freeze the bars and when I'm ready to eat one I take it out, wait 5 minutes and consume and its great! Highly recommend supporting this local business!

I was shocked at how good these bars were. I am currently trying to lose weight and these bars kept satiated for a long time. The flavours are well balanced. No overpowered flavours, not too sweet. The packaging could be improved, but I would definitely recommend this product. Not to mention that you get it delivered to your door step. I am very satisfied with the product and will definitely purchase again.
